1. Nature of Services

Muab Tech LLC provides software development and IT consulting services only. All agreements are service-based contracts.

2. Payments

Payments are made for completed or milestone-based software development services. Muab Tech LLC does not accept deposits for investment, escrow, or financial holding purposes.

3. Prohibited Use

Clients may not use delivered software solutions for illegal activities including money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized financial services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Muab Tech LLC shall not be liable for misuse of delivered software products by third parties or clients beyond agreed contractual scope.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
